More Countries Complete SIFE National Competitions
Since the last newsletter, another 24 SIFE National Competitions have been held around the world. Recent results are listed below. In total, 40 national champions will compete at the SIFE World Cup this October 4-6 in Berlin, Germany.

SIFE World Headquarters Welcomes New
Executive Committee Member
Alexander (Sandy) Douglas, Jr., President of Coca-Cola North America, has been elected as the newest member of the SIFE Executive Committee. Douglas first joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1988 and held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility before receiving his current appointment three years ago. The Coca-Cola Company and The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation together represent some of SIFE's most generous donors with a combined donation of $600,000 per year.
L.A. to Host SIFE World Cup 2010
The SIFE World Cup 2010 has been scheduled in Los Angeles for October 10-12. Please add this important date to your schedule so that you can join us in California next year. More information is available on the SIFE World Cup website.
KPMG Highlights SIFE Involvement in Publication
At the World Economic Forum earlier this year, KPMG International released the "Values in Action - Thinking Beyond" book, profiling how KPMG representatives are getting involved in corporate citizenship projects around the world. Three of the stories included focused specifically on the company's work with SIFE, as the organization has actively supported SIFE since 1996.
